600 shieods 180 armor 52 rep rate vs 452 shields 87 armor 50 rep rate, or assault 509 shields 86 rep rate.

But then 100 hp isn't too much, vs regen times...
50 hp/s X12s=600
80 hp/s X7s=600 but hp is 500 so, 6s to regen, or 7.6s to regen full with delays...
